Our property has three stunning guest rooms all of which are beautifully furnished.
The largest upstairs room can be a double or twin with two 3' beds which link together. It has a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the gardens and woodland with spectacular views beyond.
The second room upstairs can also be a double or twin and has the same spectacular views. This room has a private bathroom with shower.
There is a Garden Room Suite on the lower ground floor level with three double glazed doors which open out onto the lawn. This unusual lovely spacious room has a green slate floor with colourful rugs. It has a double bed and a modern double sofa bed if needed and a shower and loo next door. Guests are in a separate part of the house here and can enjoy their own space and come and go via the door into the garden.

Penpark is ideally situated for exploring Devon, Dartmoor and the coast. We are 25 minutes from Exeter and 30 minutes from Plymouth. There are historic houses such as Saltram near Plymouth; castles such as Castle Drogo near Chagford and many beautiful gardens and nurseries to visit. Dartington Hall near Totnes is nearby where many musical and cultural events take place including their International Summer School and the now very popular Way With Words fortnight held each July. There are lovely coastal walks to enjoy and the whole of Dartmoor with its charming villages and historic sites to explore.
