We have a choice of two double rooms each with their own bathroom and a bunk room available for children.
Each of the double rooms also has a television and DVD player and we possess an extensive DVD library from which you can borrow.
Room 1 has a VHS with a collection of children's videos and is large enough to accommodate a cot which can be provided. Room 1 also has a beautiful hand-crafted balcony overlooking the garden with a spectacular view of the valley.
Tea and coffee making facilities are available in both rooms.

There are many beautiful walks around Lustleigh and the lovely attractions of East Dartmoor such as Haytor and Becky Falls (voted this year 'The Top Beauty Spot in Devon').
We are also only forty minutes drive from the south coast, providing easy access to Dartmouth and its surrounding beaches.
The postman runs guided walks around Lustleigh which are great fun for those who wish to see the area.
