We offer 4 rooms; 2 doubles and 1 twin on the first floor and a large family room on the second floor with wonderful views of the surrounding moorland.
All our rooms are tastefully and individually furnished with central heating throughout, all radiators having thermostats. The rooms are en-suite with showers and have TV with video and teletext. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer in every room. The beds are made up with duvets and pillows. Extra blankets are also available should you need them.
Our lounge, for the exclusive use of our guests, is where you will find a place to relax and chat with friends in a comfortable surrounding. Here, you will be able to browse through the guide books and leaflets from the bookcase, to plan your next day’s treats.
In the breakfast room, on the ground floor we aim to give a satisfying and hearty breakfast, specialising in local and organic produce wherever possible. We are happy to cater for vegetarian and special diets as far as we are able. Please advise us when booking.

There are a wealth of activities within easy reach. Walking, horse riding, cycling, fishing and golf are all available nearby. We are in easy reach of both Newton Abbott and Exeter racecourses both of which hold regular meetings.
We are within easy reach of several National Trust properties such as Castle Drogo, Finch Foundry and Lydford Gorge. Killerton House, Cotehele and Lanhydrock are also within easy reach. The beaches of Dawlish and Teignmouth are 40 minutes away. The Eden Project is between 1h 30mins and 2 hours away
The attractions of the seaside and the countryside are available within a reasonable distance, giving a varied appeal to people of all ages.
