A warm welcome and a cream tea await your arrival at our award-winning Grade 2 listed 16th Century farmhouse in the delightful pre-Saxon hamlet of Trecott.
Built of traditional Devon cob, a mixture of mud and straw, this former thatched longhouse features oak beams, inglenook fireplaces, bread ovens and a cross passage.
Accommodation, for up to 6 persons, is arranged in 4 bedrooms, giving maximum flexibility, all with luxury co-ordinated furnishings. The comfortable, well appointed bath/shower rooms are either private or en-suite.

With Exeter just 20 miles distant and within easy reach of the north and south Devon coasts and the Eden Project, it is the ideal location for a wide range of leisure activities, particularly walking, cycling and garden visiting.
