Property Details
We have three individually furnished rooms all with hospitality trays, hairdryers & colour TV. Two of the rooms are located within the converted barn in the court yard . With individual entrances, a high degree of privacy is provided. There is also a large entrance area ideal for boots and drying wet clothing.
Garden Room
The ground floor Garden Room has been furnished with an Edwardian mahogany bedroom suite. Crisp white bedding and beautiful soft furnishings creates an elegant and relaxing room. This room has an en-suite shower room.
Orchard Loft Room
The spacious Orchard Loft in the upper section of the barn is furnished in mellow antique pine. This is a light and airy room with vaulted beamed ceiling and skylights.
With a zip and link bed this room can be available as either a super-king size or twin bedded room. The en-suite bathroom has a full bath with shower over.
Meadow Room
Within the house the double bedded Meadow Room is a large but cosy room with double aspects over the garden. Furnished with pine and cream painted furniture, this room has an en-suite shower room and the use of full bathroom when available.
Breakfast at Kilbury Manor
A choice of continental and traditional cooked breakfast with additional specials such as; Devilled tomatoes on granary toast, Scrambled eggs on an English muffin with smoked salmon, American style pancakes. Fresh fruit juices, freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas. Where possible home & locally sourced produce is used.
Dinner at Kilbury Manor
We are able to provide evening meals by prior arrangement. These can range from simple suppers to a three course meal. Where possible we use fruit and vegetables from the garden and locally sourced produce. As we are not licensed you are welcome to bring your own wines etc.

Being located mid way between Exeter and Plymouth we are an ideal base from which to explore both the Dartmoor National Park and the South Hams area of Devon.
