Karen and Dave welcome you to their grade II listed Victorian House. The emphasis within is to ensure an excellent quality of service and for all guests to have an enjoyable stay with us.
The Caledonia is situated only two minutes walk from the historic Plymouth Hoe and the splendid views of Plymouth Sound. The City of Plymouth and all it has to offer is also within easy reach.
We have a selection of rooms on offer to our guests all of which have the following facilities:

- Towels and toiletries
- A baby's cot and high chair are available on request.
- An iron and ironing board are available for use.
